Minnesota Musky

Night Fishing Musky

Fishing Dates: First week of June - December

Minnesota, often called the "land of 10,000 lakes," is renowned for having some of the best musky fishing in the country. With a vast selection of lakes to choose from, you can opt for those with abundant musky populations or those offering true trophy potential. Whether you're aiming to land your first musky or pursue the trophy of a lifetime, we are fully equipped with the latest technology and gear to enhance your chances of success.

We travel throughout northern Minnesota, chasing the best fishing opportunities. We'll go the extra mile to ensure you’re on the fish, so please be prepared to travel if necessary. The areas we fish include the Twin Cities area, Bemidji, Grand Rapids, Park Rapids, Alexandria, and more. Each location offers hotel or motel accommodations, even for last-minute bookings.

Minnesota Musky Opener:  First week of June - July:

June provides excellent and reliable fishing, with a high chance of catches and frequent fish encounters throughout the day. As the fish move past their spawn, they begin feeding actively. It's an ideal opportunity to target your first musky and enjoy multiple fish days. During this time, you can encounter a wide range of fish sizes, including trophy-sized musky exceeding 50 inches.

Trophy Fishing October-Novemeber:

From October until ice-up offers the prime opportunity to land the fish of a lifetime—this is peak trophy musky season. It's the perfect time for the dedicated angler, ready to brave the tough conditions in pursuit of the biggest fish in the system. As winter approaches, these fish enter their fall feeding frenzy, and the largest ones are more willing to bite. If you're after a true Minnesota GIANT, now is the time to book your trip.

All muskies caught must be released. If you would like a replica of your catch, it will be professionally photographed, measured, and accurately documented.
